We have developed two apartments on an existing house in Aglantzia that look like a single house. They are made of heavy metal frame. This is in collaboration with our excellent designers – partners, who for years have recommended us and prefer us due to our reliability and professionalism.

The common staircase is what separates the two apartments, which with their correct and functional design leave a sufficient place for an outdoor terrace. The 1st apartment accommodates an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the shared bathroom, while the private area, which is separated, accommodates two additional bedrooms with another shared bathroom. The windows in the living room and in one bedroom are integrated with the outside covered area of ​​the terrace. The 2nd apartment accommodates an open plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as the shared bathroom, while the private area, which is separated, accommodates two additional en-suite bedrooms. The L-shaped kitchen at the back is integrated with the outside covered terrace area. The characteristic of the above apartments that makes them unique, is the elevation difference of the common areas from the private ones. The independence of these spaces is achieved through six steps.
